Walk like a Shao

This is a little animation I did for Cel (#1805) over on Aywas. Cel wanted their Shao to be walking with a baloon and I was the crazy person who decided to make it front view. haha (my first from this view!) I tried to make it look like the Shao was holding it's wings slightly out and moving them out/in back/forth while walking, but I'm not sure how I did with that..
Oh and Shao's don't have beaks, it's more like a snout. (fun fact!) C:
This gave me a bit of trouble because I first sketched it out as a bird and then was asked to dumb down the anatomy. xD So I tried my best to do that.

OH! Also, the color got a little funky when I had to import this into PS ImageReady to save it as an animation. Does anyone know how else I can save these? I'm currently stuck with CS2 and as far as I know, it can't be done there.
